How much do our services cost?

Training, coaching and consultancy delivery

Charges are based on a rate of per consultant per day plus travel and subsistence/accommodation expenses at cost. They are assumed to be at your premises or at a venue you organise, unless we agree otherwise.

The number of people trained or coached in a session by one consultant will vary, depending on the training topic or the length of coaching session. Here are some examples:

• Training – typical group sizes 6 - 12 people.
• Coaching – typical session length 2 hours – 4 sessions per day or 2 sessions per half day
• Delivery costs include general handouts (unlicensed materials), adaptation of existing modules and same day travel time.
• For consultancy, the charges are based on time, calculated in half day blocks.

Most of our events take place at our client’s premises or somewhere they arrange. If that is not possible, then we can work with you to find a suitable, cost effective venue for you to use.

Preparation and follow up

We only charge for preparation time if you ask us to make major changes to an existing module or design something completely new for you. If you ask us to deliver an event based on existing material, there is not normally any charge for preparation.

Initial meetings and preparing a quote or proposal does not count as preparation. This is how we get business and if we accept your enquiry, then we cover these costs.

We will always arrange to follow up an event with a conversation with you about how it went and supply you with copies of the evaluations made on the day. If you ask us to conduct further evaluation or follow up, this would normally be quoted as part of our charges when discussing the project with you.

Expenses and travel costs

We ask our clients to cover the cost of travel and subsistence/accommodation expenses for consultants delivering our services. Where there is a need to travel prior to the delivery day – a share of that travel time is also included in the expenses. All expenses are based on an agreed framework of reasonable figures and are supported by receipts from the consultant, so you can see you are paying ‘at cost’.

We will always estimate the likely expenses of any event when quoting you.
