Learning needs analysis

At Partnership Projects, we believe genuine customised training starts with the question ‘what do you need?’ rather than telling you what you should have! To start that process, have a look at our Learning Needs Analysis questionnaire which gives you the first questions in that discussion. Please feel free to send to us or to develop your own brief from there.

As part of our commitment to accessible, high quality training we will take the time to understand your needs and to recommend the direction we believe you should take. Our code of professional practice means we will use our expertise and industry contacts to make sure you have the best advice possible. If for some reason, we cannot offer you the right training for you, we will do our utmost to leave you with options to take your enquiry forward by another route.

How much will the training cost?

Every customised programme is different, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have an early quotation showing the costs involved.

We take the view that we should only charge you our full daily rate for the work done exclusively for you (training time, travel, consultancy, follow-up). For preparation of shared course material - which we could use elsewhere, or has come from other courses - we should share the costs, as we both benefit.

We quote the full cost to you based on:

• Number of training days
• Number of follow-up days
• Venue costs and travel expenses (at cost)

We typically share the costs with you for:

• Preparation of modules
• Handouts and training materials
